Educator. School leader. Human-capital executive. University professor.
Dr. Hunt brings an uncommon view from both sides of the leadership and hiring table. His experience spans classroom-adjacent and campus leadership, district recruitment and staffing, employee relations, organizational development, chief human resources leadership, and undergraduate and doctoral-level university instruction.
The Blueprint connects leadership theory to the decisions educators face in real organizations—people, evidence, systems, opportunity, and impact.

Before you join
Is this only for aspiring administrators?
No. Leadership is broader than title or promotion. The program is designed for educators across instructional, campus, central-office, operational, human-capital, and executive roles.
Can I participate from outside Texas?
Yes. The cohort is virtual and national in scope. Texas examples may appear where helpful, but the core competencies and applications are designed for educators across the United States.
Do I need formal leadership experience?
No. The assessment and activities meet participants at different stages—from emerging influence to executive readiness.
Will sessions be recorded?
The recording policy will be confirmed before registration opens. The current site does not promise recordings.
When does the early-bird price end?
